Deer processing September 7 thru January 20, 2025
From September thru the end of Kentucky's archery season in January, we'll be processing deer.
- All deer processing require a $100 deposit. This will be deducted from your final invoice.
- Field Dressing, Caping, and Expedited service fees are due at drop off.
- ALL DEER must have a KY Telecheck confirmation number to drop off.
- We can only accept quartered deer for processing (no head or spinal column) from Kentucky counties listed as CWD Surveillance Zones. This includes Breckinridge, Hardin, Meade, Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken counties. We cannot accept whole deer or high-risk parts including intact heads containing brain material from any of these counties. This policy follows the guidance of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Read more about CWD in Kentucky at the link below.

Your confirmation number will be recorded on a ticket for a drawing to be held Dec. 22 at 7pm. Enter every deer brought for processing.
