Fill your freezer with this Half Beef Bundle of premium Kentucky Proud beef processed in our USDA inspected shop. This bundle includes 48 steaks, roast, 100 pounds of ground beef and more, all for about the price per pound of ground chuck. Our Half Beef Bundle is 100 pounds of cuts and 100 pounds of grind and is vacuum sealed, vacuum packed and flash frozen to stay fresh. This is not a rail weight half; your bundle is approximately a half of the cuts and grind from the whole steer. Orders are completed as soon as possible after placed. It may take up to 2 weeks for your Half Beef Bundle to be ready. We will confirm a date with you as soon as possible after your order is placed.
