Cowboy Ribeye Steak

This is a 40 ounce steak. It’s the King Daddy of our steaks! The Cowboy Ribeye is big enough to easily feed 2 hungry people, but you’ll want one all to yourself! Start it off in a medium grill or in the oven; then turn up the heat and sear to your desired doneness on the grill or in a heavy, cast iron skillet.
